WowJili Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the WowJili platform at wowjili.net, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the WowJili platform.

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and WowJili with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all previous terms, agreements, representations, or understandings — whether written or oral — between you and WowJili.

2. Eligibility

To register and use WowJili, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. WowJili does not permit any player under the age of 21 to register, deposit, wager, or claim promotions.
• You are physically located in the Philippines or are a Filipino resident accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
• You are accessing WowJili for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of any third party or as a commercial agent.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion programme — either WowJili's own or any applicable external scheme — and have not requested a cooling-off period that is still in effect.
• You are acting as the sole holder and beneficial owner of the WowJili account you register.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of a WowJili employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.

WowJili reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the period stipulated by WowJili may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until identity is confirmed.

3. Account Registration

Each person may hold only one WowJili account. If WowJili determines that a player has opened multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all duplicate accounts will be closed. Any balances and winnings in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at WowJili's discretion.

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current registration information. WowJili collects your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and a valid Philippine payment method (GCash or Maya account registered in your name) during registration. You must not misrepresent your identity at any point.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your WowJili login credentials — including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity carried out on your WowJili account while logged in is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not.

WowJili may close or suspend any account at any time without prior notice if it determines that these Terms have been violated, that fraudulent activity has taken place, or that maintaining the account poses a risk to the platform or other players.

4. Deposits

WowJili accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, InstaPay, and PESONet bank transfer. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit amount at WowJili is ₱50 unless otherwise stated for a specific promotion or payment method.

Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly under normal conditions. InstaPay and PESONet transfers may take up to a few banking hours depending on your bank and network conditions. WowJili credits your account balance as soon as the corresponding payment is confirmed by the payment processor.

• The GCash or Maya account used for deposits must be registered in your own name and match the name on your WowJili account.
• WowJili does not accept deposits from credit cards, third-party payment accounts not registered in the player's name, or anonymous payment methods.
• WowJili does not charge deposit fees, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your WowJili wallet. Contact support before initiating a deposit if you are unsure.

WowJili reserves the right to adjust minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice. Updated limits will be reflected in the WowJili cashier section.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from WowJili are processed to the same GCash or Maya account used for your most recent deposit, or to a Philippine bank account via InstaPay or PESONet registered in your name. WowJili does not process withdrawals to accounts belonging to third parties.

Before processing any withdrawal, WowJili may require you to complete identity verification — including submission of a valid government-issued Philippine ID such as a PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, or SSS/GSIS card. This is a standard know-your-customer (KYC) requirement and is not optional.

• The minimum withdrawal amount at WowJili is ₱100 unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawal requests are typically reviewed and processed within one to three business days. GCash and Maya withdrawals that pass verification are generally faster.
• WowJili reserves the right to request additional supporting documentation — including proof of payment source — before releasing any withdrawal.
• Active bonus wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal can be processed on a balance that includes bonus funds.
• WowJili does not guarantee a specific withdrawal processing time and is not liable for delays caused by payment processor downtime or bank processing schedules.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

WowJili offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, Free Spins, and other time-limited offers to eligible players aged 21 and above. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including minimum deposit requirements, eligible games, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates — which are published on the WowJili Promotions page.

General bonus rules that apply to all WowJili promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are for entertainment purposes only and do not represent guaranteed income or profit.
• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• The maximum bet allowed while a WowJili bonus is active is ₱500 per round or spin unless the specific promotion specifies a different limit.
• Only one bonus may be active on a WowJili account at any given time.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.
• WowJili reserves the right to cancel any bonus if it determines that the bonus was claimed through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or exploitation of a technical error.
• Players who have requested a cool-off period or self-exclusion are not eligible to claim bonuses during that period.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games available in the WowJili Game Lobby — including live dealer tables, slots, fishing games, table games, and sports betting and esports markets — are subject to the rules of each individual game as displayed within the game interface. In cases of discrepancy between the in-game rules display and any other material, the in-game rules take precedence.

WowJili uses certified random number generation (RNG) systems for virtual games and real-time streaming for live dealer tables. WowJili does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed. Ensure you have reviewed your stake before confirming any wager.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on WowJili. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one WowJili account under any name, email address, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or identity verification.
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any software that interacts with WowJili games or the sports betting platform without human input.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinating wagers in live dealer or poker games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain. WowJili reserves the right to void any bets placed as a result of a technical error.
• Bonus abuse — including circular wagering, arbitrage betting using bonus funds, or claiming bonuses under multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or using WowJili to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Accessing WowJili on behalf of another person or operating the account as a proxy for a third party.
• Reverse-engineering, scraping, or copying any part of the WowJili platform, game assets, odds feeds, or proprietary data.

10. Privacy and Data

WowJili collects, stores, and processes personal data from Filipino players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering a WowJili account, you consent to WowJili's collection and use of your personal information for the purposes described in that policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

• WowJili's maximum aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12. Changes to These Terms

WowJili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
